Mindfulness Meditation (60 minute private session, $65)Mindful meditation is a relaxing way of connecting the mind and the body in order to live with greater awareness. It is effective at relieving stress, managing anxiety, and boosting the body's overall wellness. Private mindful meditation sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and goals with careful guidance during the session as well as easy exercises to practice at home. Mindfulness can be used anywhere at any time with lasting results.
